I am a professor in decision and system sciences at Toulouse Business School (France). I earned my Ph.D. in management science at the Université de Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne. I have previously worked at the University of Melbourne (Australia) and the European University (Athens, Greece)
My objective as an academic is to improve the way we understand and work on complex problems (wicked social problems, business and public strategizing).
I draw on systems theory, complexity theory and economic history and use a variety of quantitative, qualitative and modelling techniques. As a reflective practitioner I am also interested in experimenting with innovative teaching methods.
